"Why Weichert? Let Me Show You"
"Weichert works - we get you moving!"
I am a California gal that in the beginning of 2015 decided to move to Kansas City, Missouri. I got my start in real estate by working in the typing department of a title company, then as an escrow secretary before leaving that field for a few years. I entered back into the real estate field as a secretary for a small real estate office in 1996. It wasn’t too long after that I decided to actuallytake my test and become an agent. I have continued in the real estate industry ever since.
I thoroughly enjoy working with details and people. It is very rewarding to help people realize a dream home is a possibility and to help them reach that dream.
"Weichert works - we get you moving!"
At Weichert, Paul is: Realtor, Tech Guru, and Coffee Snob.
Before Weichert: Paul spent a dozen years in retail management, mostly in fine jewelry and timepiece sales. His territory at one time spanned four states, five metropolitan areas, and 13 locations. He also ran his own construction company, mostly residential, in Kansas City. Today, in addition to his Realtor life, he enjoys providing marketing services through his firm, Sidwell Studios.
What brought him to KC: One of six Military Brats, Paul's family moved around every few years. He moved to Kansas City in 1997 to attend college and begin anew.
Family and four-legged friends: Paul is married to Teresa and their blended family consists of 16-year old Lauryl, 14-year old Brendan, 12-year old Aubry and 1-year old Miriam. They live in the Park Hill School District and love the community life that Kansas City offers with their friendly Labrador/Shar-Pei mix, Tobie Dean.
Full House: Our family values education, music, fitness, and travel.
Outside Weichert, you’ll find him: Primarily with his family, as well as with his church, Restore, where he’s part of a small group and helps out with sound and overall service production on Sunday mornings.
Digs Weichert because: "At this point in my career, I'm committed to making a difference for others. My experiences, both personally and professionally, have given me tools to impact the world in a positive and meaningful way, and I love sharing those experiences with others to help them on their journey. Every client is different, and I look for ways to connect with each of them on a personal level, as one human being to another. I love the challenges of keeping up with industry information, technology, and regulations." Furthermore, Paul loves how Weichert is committed to making a difference in the communities it serves; "We all contribute a significant portion of our earnings to worthy causes, because doing so makes a difference in ways we can't do on our own."
Favorite place for a cup of coffee: The Friendly Bean, Oddly Correct, or Quay Coffee.
A community he loves: His YMCA community. "The group of people that work out at the Y are diverse; they come from many fitness backgrounds and have many different goals, and I love how the Y provides a place for everyone to improve their fitness. The childcare is excellent, and so are the group classes, and you can't beat the fitness equipment."
Business books that had an impact: EntreLeadership, Good to Great, and The E Myth.
What drives Paul up a wall: Distracted drivers.
Paul, in a few words: Driven and committed. Weichert wouldn’t be Weichert without: Paul’s energy and aptitude around technology and marketing.
Paul is a country boy trapped in the city. He grew up loving his grandfather's cattle ranch in West Texas, but was an Air Force Brat that always lived in suburbia. He's since grown to love the city life, though he still longs for wide open spaces.
Paul's hobbies include playing music (mostly guitar), fitness, and reading. He loves traveling and attending concerts with his wife. He devotes most of his non-working hours to his family, which includes his bride Teresa, son Brendan, and daughters Lauryl, Aubry, and their newest addition, Miriam. He is active at Restore Community Church, where he runs sound and produces the morning services.
What you can expect from Paul:
- Integrity in every interaction
- Strong negotiation skills to get you what you want
- Commitment to your goals and desires
- Strong mind, spirit, and body to stay clear and calm in all situations
- Expert sales guidance (more than 18 years experience)
- Trustworthy recommendations for service providers
- Friendship that goes deeper than business
I have spent my whole life in Platte City, Missouri. After high school, I attended college at Missouri Western State University obtaining a bachelor’s degree concentrating in business. After college I became a Realtor so that I can help people. The purchase of a home is the biggest purchase that most people will ever make and I enjoy helping people through the whole process and making it as easy as possible.
I graduated from the University of Missouri- Kansas City with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and entrepreneurship My personal interest include spending time with family and friends, reading a good book, spending time outdoors, exercising, and catching a Kansas City Royals game. What I enjoy the most about living in Kansas City is that you can get the best of both worlds. If you enjoy the hustle and bustle of the city and an active nightlife Kansas City offers plenty of downtown attractions, but you can also have fresh air and peaceful views in many of the city’s suburbs.
I became a Realtor for two reasons. I wanted a career that allowed me the autonomy to work for myself and grow my business and personal relationships as an entrepreneur. Secondly, I believe that home represents family; therefore, I will strive to keep your interest and values at heart, whether you are buying or selling, as I would for my own family. Purchasing a new home for the first time or selling the home where many memories have been made can be an emotional process. I promise to act with diligence, knowledge, and compassion.
I am a homegrown Kansas boy, but I now reside in Kansas City on the Missouri side. Growing up in Kansas and now living in Missouri, has allowed me to obtain a well-balanced knowledge of both sides of the line. I am eager to learn and work hard at being the best realtor I can be. My goal is to not only find you a house, but a place you can call home! Or, if you are looking to sell your current residence so you can move on to a new home adventure, I can certainly help with that too. I am here to help you with your real estate needs!
I love Kansas City and believe it is one of the best places to live. When I became a real estate agent Ithought what better place to do it in then my home city. I am a people person and enjoy helping others. I love seeing the smile on their face when they are able to achieve their goals and obtain what they really want and have worked hard for. Let me be there to help put that smile on your face after you complete your real estate journey. After all, it is true what they say, Weichert Works!

I began a career in real estate to offer others insight and experience gained through the purchase and sale of 10 properties and two rentals. I am licensed in Missouri and Kansas. Residential and rehab experienced professional.
I love the excitement a new home brings to the faces of my clients.
My name is Gwynn Wiley. I grew up in Virginia, enjoying the coast, the mountains, and the
rich history. My father worked hard for the Union and my mother stayed home with my older
brother and I. My family and I moved to Kansas City when I was in high school where I
attended Park Hill School District. Since then I have enjoyed living in Kansas City and I am
proud to call it my home.
Once I started working as a hostess at restaurant as a teenager, it was clear that it was my
calling to work with and around people. I have always enjoyed a fast paced lifestyle and love
to learn from others.
Most of my free time is now spent with my young daughter, my fiance, and our pets. We like
to take advantage of all the different activities that Kansas City has to offer.
I was born and raised here in the Kansas City area and I am very familiar with the surrounding communities. I am a mother of four children who sees the importance of making a house a home.
I have been actively involved in volunteering with Convoy of Hope and Harvesters though my church. I also help Metropolitan Lutheran Ministries with their monthly food distributions.

My name is Jill Mauton. I was born and raised here in Kansas City, Missouri. After high school, I attended Missouri Western State University where I obtained my degree in Legal Studies. During my time at Missouri Western, I took a real property law course and immediately became fascinated with the real estate industry. At that point, I knew I wanted to obtain a real estate license and help people with the many obstacles that may present themselves during the buying and selling process. Over the past several years, I have worked to develop expertise in the residential real estate industry, focusing my efforts on the Greater Kansas City market. I continually seek to develop my professional skills by attending seminars and conferences and most importantly, by studying the local market and learning about the needs and wants of local home buyers and sellers.
As your agent, I will strive to provide you with outstanding service to help you be successful in achieving your real estate goals. I believe that communication is a key component to a mutual understanding, allowing me the ability to navigate you through this process as efficiently as possible. If you are looking to buy or sell your home, give me a call! Let me show you the Weichert difference.
I grew up in southern California, and attended California Lutheran University where I majored in English and was a teacher for 6 years. My husband and I ended up moving to Kansas City in 2012 for my husband’s work which has turnout to be a great decision. Not only did it allow me to be a stay at home mother for our two daughters, but also to explore our new city and make many new friends. When we decided to buy our first home Kansas City, I was able to start the search and look at many different house and neighborhoods I was hooked on Real Estate.
